Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Injection Moulds Development Engineer who will be responsible to handle multiple Moulds development projects and to make the deliveries on time. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Will be handling the development projects for Plastic Injection moulds and meet the Deadlines of Moulds Deliveries by quick & Smart decisions and fast moves. 
  2. Will be responsible to check the Moulds development quality, trialed samples Quality test. The Engineer  will be well capable of troubleshooting the tooling and molding challenges.
  3. Will be responsible to interact with customers and Tooling suppliers to resolve the technical issues in lieu of expediting the delivery timelines. 
  4. The engineer will be responsible for generating the Inspection reports (Visual and Dimensional both) for all the moulds trialed parts within the Turnaround Time.
  5. The engineer will be responsible to obtain the 100% quality samples within 2-3 mould trials and dispatch the moulds by following mould quality checklists. 
  6. The engineer will be responsible for checking the moulds quality and moulding parameters and resolve the issues. 
  7. The engineer will be reporting on a daily basis to the operation head regarding day to day activities. He will coordinate with Indian engineering team to understand the client feedback.
  8. The Engineer will be responsible to coordinate with our tool making suppliers for the following matters .
    1. Preparing Feedbacks of Trialed samples on a regular basis. 
    2. Aligning the modification time required and informing to base office in India 
    3. Witness the mould trials and generate the trials feedbacks
    4. Monitor the mould trials and make notes for the Moulding machines parameters. 
    5. Check the mould quality and generate the feedback. 
    6. Get the moulds ready  for the shipment as per JIG Protocol and prepare the feedback. 
  9. The engineer will be inspecting and witnessing the mould trials and troubleshoot the challenges and problems for the moulding capacity of 350-3000 Tons
  10. The engineer will check and audit the moulding machine parameters at the time of mould trials.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be clear & Loud in his communication to address & resolve any technical issue with the positive solutions.  
  • The candidates should have good experience in creating basic part designs on CAD (Unigraphics software / VISI Cad) 
  • Must be experienced in generating the Dimensional Inspection reports of mould trialed parts.
  • Must be experienced in making the professional PPT Presentations for the mould trial samples for Visual inspection of the parts Such as sink marks, flashes, deformations, flow marks etc. 
  • The Candidate must be experienced in the automotive industry for generating dimensional inspection reports with different processes of inspection for  example vernier  callipers, profile projectors, gauges etc. 
  • The candidate  must  be experienced handling the mould trials on injection moulding machines of the capacity of 350-3000 Tons.
  • Must have good English Speaking and writing skills. 
  • Should be a qualified Mould engineering Diploma from CIPET / TRTC / GTTC etc.
  • Should be honest and  loyal VERY IMPORTANT

Job Description

We are looking for Injection moulds Design Engineer who will be responsible for Part Design Feasibility, Developing DFM, Moldflow and Injection Mould Design. The Candidate must have minimum experience of 10  years in critical moulds designs for Automotive components and home appliances. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. The engineer will be responsible to check the feasibility details of part design/ Part Assemblies.
  2. The engineer will be responsible to create the DFM of the components by considering the Gate points, hot runner/Cold runner selection, parting line selection, cooling process in the mould, part orientation in the mould, tooling concepts etc.   
  3. The engineer will be responsible to check the moldflow reports and find out the issues and upcoming moulding challenges such as sink marks, filling issues, injection pressure, locking pressure, machine selection, moulding machine tonnage calculation etc.
  4. The engineer will be responsible to design and check the fool proof Injection mould designs in VISI Cad . Uni-Graphics (NX), which can lead to conclude a good mold life and a world class quality injection mold. 
  5. The engineer will be responsible to adopt and suggest the appropriate machining process and process quality check.
 

Candidate Profile

  • The Engineer must be experienced in Part and Tool designs (Injection moulds) on VISI Cad / UniGraphics (NX)
  • Must Be experienced in checking and giving feedback on DFM & Mold flow analysis.
  • Must be experienced in Designing Complicated injection moulds handling different types of Cams, Lifter  mechanism, multi  directional slider systems in the moulds for automotive components and home appliances big parts, say moulds for moulding capacity of  350 to 3000 Tns
  • Must be capable of making good presentations to explain the problems of samples produced by understanding the products assembly designs and requirements. 
  • Must be experienced in making the PPT Presentations to highlight the tool design challenges, DFM and Moldflow challenges and DFM related issues. 
  • Must have good English speaking and writing skills. 
  • Should be a qualified Mould engineering Diploma from CIPET / TRTC / GTTC etc.
